1. How Do I Create An Account?

Easy, click on the signup button located on the side menu in the homepage, start filling your details and in no time you will receive an email asking you to activate your account. Click the activation link in the email and head to the deposit page.

2. I forgot my password and can’t log-in, what shall I do?

In the log-in page, you will see a forgotten password link located just below the log-in button. Click on the link, insert the email address associated with your account and hit submit. Check your email, follow the instructions to change your password. If for some reason you don’t receive our password reset email contact one of our support agents for help.

3. I didn’t receive the activation email, what shall I do?

Start by checking your spam or junk folder. If by mistake the activation email ended there, add dbosses to your safe senders' list so that this doesn’t happen again.
If you still can’t find the activation email, contact one of our support agents here and they will help you activate your account.

4. Why do I need to verify my account?

Verification is extremely important as it determines whether you are really who you declare to be and that you are indeed over 18 years of age. Verifying your account helps you withdraw your wins faster. You are advised to send us your documents to complete verification for which we would need: 

  • A copy of a valid ID (ID, passport or driving licence)
  • A recent bill that contains your current address and full name
  • The authorization form filled up and signed

+ IF you are using a credit card to deposit:

  • A copy (back and front) of the credit cards you used to deposit on your account (you can cover the details as 4444 **** **** 5555 and the 3 digit code at the back of your card known as CVV)
  • A bank statement showing your IBAN, SWIFT/BIC code and your full name

+ IF you are using Skrill or Neteller to deposit

  • A screenshot of your Skrill or Neteller account showing your Skrill/Neteller details (email address) and full name.

5. Can i close my account?

Yes, just be aware that you can temporarily suspend your account, simply go to your account details, click on limits tab, and from there set your exclusion period. If you wish to close your account permanently, contact one of our support agents who will be able to fulfill your request.

7. I want to receive offers and news but I never get any emails, what shall I do?

Log-in, click on your avatar picture. Click on the personal information tab and make sure to check the email/SMS boxes, save changes.

1. Sometimes games are slow, how can I fix this?

This may be caused by a number of reasons. Make sure to update your browser and check your internet speed.

2. I lost connection during a playing session, what now?

Nothing to worry about, when this happens the unfinished round you were playing will end in the system part and the winnings will be added as usual - even if you did not see the spin or the bonus game.  Make sure that your internet connection is on and simply launch the game again to continue where you left.

3. I can’t open a particular game. What shall I do?

This might be caused by your browser. We suggest to completely shut down your browser and start the game again. 1. I made a deposit but still can’t see the funds in my account, why is that?

4. My deposit failed, how can I fix this?

8. I requested a withdrawal, how long will it take to be processed?

It usually takes less than 48 hrs for you to receive your withdrawal if you already uploaded your verification documents.

9. My withdrawal has been rejected or is on hold, why?

This may be due to several reasons. Usually, this happens because one of the following reasons: 

  • On hold: Your account is not verified yet, this happens because you didn’t send us verification documents.

1. What is wagering?

Wagering is the number of times you need to play your bonus to be able to convert it into cash and withdraw. At Dbosses, bonus wagering is 35x, for example, if the bonus received is 100 euros, and the wager is 35x, then you will need to wager: 100 euros × 35 = 3,500 euros to complete wagering and be able to withdraw your winnings.

2. How can I claim a bonus?

3. I never get any emails from Dbosses, why is that?

That’s because you didn’t subscribe to our newsletter when you first registered. This means you will not be eligible to receive our fantastic weekly offers. 4. Where can I check my wagering progress?
